Why didn’t I receive a discount on my order?

We obviously want as many “boxes” stacked as possible, and by that we mean at least 2 purchases to take advantage of the discount offer at all. In addition, we have a minimum amount linked to a certain discount percentage. So if you buy for €65, you get 20% off your entire purchase. So it is smart to ask around if your friend, father, mother, nephew or niece also needs something, so you can order together and thus use the maximum discount percentage!

I entered my address incorrectly, now what?

There is nothing we can do about that, unfortunately. Our ordering process is fully automated so that we can deliver the package as quickly as possible. If something did go wrong while filling out your address and the package is returned to us as a return shipment, we may charge shipping costs for that. Providing the correct delivery address is the customer’s responsibility. Indeed, this case does not involve a return for the purposes of cooling-off period. This was figured out by Thuiswinkel.org’s legal counsel.

Can I still cancel my placed order?

Please note that canceling an order is unfortunately not possible.
Once you have placed an order, our delivery team will start working for you immediately.
The products are immediately picked, packed and prepared for shipment.
This lightning-fast process ensures that we cannot cancel your order.

When am I entitled to warranty?

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Some products are also covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

How “real” are our reviews?
