There is nothing we can do about that, unfortunately. Our ordering process is fully automated so that we can deliver the package as quickly as possible. If something did go wrong while filling out your address and the package is returned to us as a return shipment, we may charge shipping costs for that. Providing the correct delivery address is the customer’s responsibility. Indeed, this case does not involve a return for the purposes of cooling-off period.
