Our return service is possible for products that meet certain conditions, if these conditions are not met, depreciation may be charged. The conditions a return must meet are:
- The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
- The product has original labels, tags and/or cards.
- The product is in the original undamaged packaging (if possible).
Returns
Is your order not to your liking? Of course, that is always annoying! We want to resolve this quickly for you. You can return a product within 30 days of receipt. Please note that your return label is valid for 30 days after delivery, otherwise the product cannot be returned. We charge €1,95 return fee. Report your return according to the return process, then pay €1.95 to download the return label and you can return the package to us.
Label-free returns
No need to print your return label with us! Once your return is registered, you will receive a return label at your email address. This can just show it on your phone when you drop the package off at a PostNL point. Saves paper and hassle 😉
Purchased product at a discount?
Did you buy your product at a discount and would like to return it now? Our concept is based on a minimum spend and based on that you receive a certain discount. Therefore, should you return an item, the discount will be recalculated. It could be that you used to get 20% discount because you spent for at least €65, but when returning products, you now only get 10% discount on the total amount. This difference is calculated in the refund.

How do you return a product?
You can choose to return the products within 30 days and add a notice in the return package showing the wish to revoke, but even easier you can very easily register your return via the button below. Below is a step-by-step explanation of the return process.

After approval
(and possible payment of €1.95 return fee) you will receive a return label.

You will now receive an email with a barcode. Take the package to a post office and have the barcode scanned there and
drop off the package.
Do you have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us using the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If you don’t agree with the solution or we can’t work it out together? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague(www.sgc.nl). You can also take your complaint to the Dispute Resolution Board through the European ODR Platform(http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
