Then you place both hands back on the surfaces with sensor and the stopwatch then automatically ends the time. How does a speedcube timer work?

The On/Off button activates the speedcube timer and in most cases shows you the last time achieved on the dashboard in the center. To retrieve old saved times or save new ones, you can scroll through the history and make changes using the Cycle and Save buttons. Furthermore, you can reset the last achieved time with the Reset button to start with a clean slate. Also, the reset button activates the sensors and allows hands to be placed on the surfaces. An automatic detection system then registers whether you are ready to start another round by turning a red light green. Also, depending on the model, the Rubik’s cube timer mat may have a port that allows you to display the times on an external display or computer instead of the dashboard. Cables to make that connection are not included with the device. Finally, most cube timers are powered by two AAA batteries.
