The U-Fidgets Pacific series from Ugears offers four fantastic animal figures. From inhabitants of the depths to animals that live in the shallower waters, these beautiful creatures remind us to take care of oceans by: reducing plastic, stopping landfilling, preserving our world and theirs. The set includes four small wooden figures that can be built, each with simple mechanical elements:

1: Whale (41.5 x 9.6 x 59 mm) A beautiful animal that is king of the seas. These majestic mammals explore the depths of the ocean with their love songs. Their majestic appearance and free spirit evokes a sense of rapture, through this we feel connected to the power and splendor of these animals.

2: Stingray (52 x 9.6 x 45.5 mm) The stingray is a breathtakingly beautiful creature, related to sharks. Yet this species is on the verge of extinction worldwide. These primitive but cunning animals maintain their authority in the water, staying alert and awake. Unfortunately, climate change, sea level rise and overfishing threaten the stingray’s survival.

3: Sharks (37 x 9.6 x 65 mm) Sharks are the apex predators in the oceans. They play a hugely important role for the health of the marine ecosystem. Unfortunately, many shark populations have struggled over the past decade. Despite their bad reputation, some studies suggest that most sharks prefer to cooperate rather than attack. Sharks are essential for achieving a healthy balance in the sea.

4: Seahorses (35 x 9.6 x 62 mm) Seahorses are perhaps the most iconic inhabitants of the surface sea. With their unusual appearance, they resemble a horse, but swimming they feel more like a bird. Unfortunately, seahorses are an endangered species, suffering from the disappearance of coral reefs and seagrass beds. What is also so special about seahorses is that the males are responsible for carrying the young.
